We use a builtin table to speedup execution.
P9 NX cannot make its own huffman tables.
It needs software to supply a table (referred to as dht.)
Nx_dhtgen.c makes the table however it is expected to be slow.
Therefore dhts are cached. For an additional speedup, cache
contents can be primed through this file nx_dht_builtin.c.
