To help avoid clutter and void mis-clicks for those users that don't want all of the context menu options available, the new extension options page allows you to enable/disable each option.
…ext menu items to now be limited to frame contexts. Conflicts: background.html

Hi,
I added an options page to enable/disable each of the links available. The whole extension is about four times as much code now, but I couldn't really see a cleaner/smaller way of achieving this.
The options page has no decoration/formatting, just the 4 options with checkboxes.
Hope this is of some use!
