Colour code users

Each user joining the chat room should be assigned a specific colour and all their subsequent text messages should be displayed in that particular colour to the other users. This will help distinguish users during the conversation.

What's a proposition for this? Would using some sort of UUID for each user who joins to determine their HEX color be useful, or how were you thinking of using it?

Would something like this help? I've also added bordering and coloring to events. Note, my console defaults to green.

I've made a PR for this. Using stylesh for the coloring and bordering. Considering refactoring at a later date (possibly) with terminal kit to take advantage of terminal customization, and higher color count. (~200)
