COLING 2020 workshops: address fields are inconsistent

The main conference has "Barcelona, Spain (Online)"

Other workshops have "Online", "Barcelona, Spain", "Barcelona Spain (online)"

I also see the NLP4CALL workshop with "Gothenburg, Sweden" (??)

Should we defer to the main conference in establishing the official address, and should there be a script to validate the location is consistent across all events in the same venue and year?

I think these conferences should have all used "Online". I suspect that NLP4CALL just copied a field from the previous year.

It would be good to modify ingest.py to ensure the location field is the same, for all conferences ingested via a single invocation.
