Resized Image and Preview

As of now, images can be uploaded by drag n drop, image dimensions are immediately extracted and displayed on the dimension fields (width and height). However changing the dimensions in the fields and hitting the "resize" button doesn't resize the image yet.

Re-Implement resizing logic and make sure it loads properly in the image field in the web app

Make sure the image is never locally saved in server.
