[FEATURE] Provide Python wheels for DeepLake v4 on Windows

Hi DeepLake,

We work in a team with mixed setup (mac, windows & linux).
We'd like to move on DeepLake v4, but the wheels are not available on PyPi for windows, so pip fails to install it.
Would it be possible to provide them ?

Unfortunately deeplake v4 windows native support is not done yet. We suggest to use wsl if you are working under windows.
