Analysis Makefile Dependencies #47

Hi,
I am a research student at the University of Auckland (New Zealand) attempting to replicate this pipeline on a jupyter notebook in a more computational narrative formatting.
I am running it using the makefiles provided as recommended.
If I could get some clarification on the makefile in the analysis folder which calls the script 'degenerate.py' which is not provided in the scripts. How do I get around this in order to REPLICATE your results.
