No longer opens file in Chrome #68

I've got an issue when I try to view/open the file in chrome it just opens a new window in chrome but it doesn't display my file.

keystrokes I'm using is the default Ctrl + alt + c

What is your O/S, and have you modified anything?

I'm on Mac O/S, and it's working for me. Even if Chrome is not open yet.
