AASX Template of Submodel Provision of 3D Models Does not match Spec

Hi when trying to implement the submodel template i was confused by submodel Element collections with strange names.
When reading the pdf i noticed the template does not match the spec and the spec is not deterministic.
For example Figure 6 implies that the SML Model3D contains an unnamed SMC that contains the SMCs File,Capability and Geometry.
Figure 7 and 8 are missing this unnamed SMC.
The Content of table 3 which goes into the details of SML Model3D also specifies that File, Capability and Geometry should be contained directly inside of the SML Model3D.
But the Provided Template contains this ominous unnamed SMC.

One solution would be to make Model3 a SMC in the first place. Almost all SMLs in this submodel should be infact SMCs, i really dont understand why they arent and why the [nn] SMC exists at all.
