Smart Object Export not correct when has effects

When smart object has effects, the exported scaled image is cut and not the same with the original image.
test psd file: http://test.rto.im/index3.zip
there is a smart object called "50% title_50.png,title_100.png" in test psd file, I want to export two images.
But title_50.png will be cut.

This also happens when exporting via Export As... on that layer in the test psd.
