Clarification Request on command vs agent

I'd llike better to understand how exactly agents are invoked in this repo. The shorthand guide mentions using /refactor-clean which is a command but that .md file does not reference the refactor-cleaner agent in any obvious way.

So my question is: how is exactly the agent being called?
