Sanchalit means portraying agility. Vikas actually means progress related to profit or growth, but here the term development means progress related to creation, so changed its to Rachna. Ghosna Patra means declaration or announcement, but this manifest can be called siddhant prastavana which means rules proposition/proposal.

Adding some translation fixes based on the context of the Hindi language script so the translation looks more original and natural.
