Downsampling yields black background in png every time #12

Description

@cshunsinger

When exporting any image with any settings, if any amount of downsampling is used, the background of the png will be solid black.

This affects any svg image/animation.
Any export size.
Any level of downsampling (other than 'None').
Using NO downsampling yields a transparent background in the png images.
Output type has to be PNG obviously.
Any duration.
Any FPS.
Even exporting a single frame, in which the output is a single .png file instead of a .zip file, yields the same solid black background.

Also, just a tiny side-issue that doesn't harm the user experience... When exporting a single .png (instead of multiple png images inside of a zip file), the exporter will say "packing zip", even though you're getting a single png instead of a zip. This is a non-issue, but just wanted to point it out since I noticed it.
