Long way to go Kusama parachain and finally Robonomics onboarded as one of 20 live parachains. Congradulation to community and the team! This release switch default parachain to Kusama, frontier parachain on Airalab relay will stop produce blocks in 1-2 days after final checks for Kusama parachain launch, and then balances will migrate to live parachain on Kusama. Welcome onboard and have a nice trip!

The Robonomics parachain launched on PoA Frontier relay and rewards distributed to each crowdloan participant as described in https://robonomics.network/blog/kusama-crowdloan-guaranteed-rewards/
From this release the Robonomics parachain is live but full functionality will be enabled step-by-step. Keep in touch for future updates.

This release drew a line under Robonomics implementation using the Substrate framework. The Kusama integration is a huge step of the Robonomics Network journey: hours, days, and years of team and community hard work together. This long trip wasn't possible without your support, thank you, everyone. 🍺
The next step of Robonomics' story is becoming a true part of the Polkadot community as a parachain, evolve a network as the best multi-chain robotics platform.
This release is trying to stabilize most part of the functionality and interfaces. But development isn't stopped at all! For the following 48 weeks published deployment roadmap and the team will continue working hard on Robonomics as a production-ready platform.

This release is the final preparation for the Kusama crowdloan release in few days. Robonomics source code structure refactored to smoothly integrate Kusama parachain: runtimes moved into a dedicated directory in source root, directory hierarchy simplified. Currently, the Robonomics node is based on Polkadot 0.9.4 which is the latest Polkadot version with many improvements and bug fixes.
Benchmarking is important part of Robonomics development, building optimized applications is an attractive aim for the team. For this reason, benchmarking support extended for Robonomics: added benchmarking application robonomics-bench
and fixed and improved runtime-benchmark
feature, including benchmarks for Robonomics pallets.

Main aim of this release is support latest Kusama version of parachain engine (Polkadot 0.9.1 release). Runtime switch to latest cumulus stable release. Airalab relay chain was relaunched and new Kusama compatible parachains runs on https://parachain.robonomics.network
