feat: add "Export as MD" and "Open in AI" options to docs pages

We'd like to add two options to each docs page:

1. Export as MD — allows users to download the current doc page as a markdown file
2. Open in Claude / ChatGPT / Grok — opens the page content directly in the user's preferred AI assistant

This would improve the developer experience and align with how AI-native users consume documentation.
