- Remove relative imports from the project. ts-node doesn't like tsconfig lib paths though, maybe drop using oclif altogether?
- OTP flow is a lot of back and forth (confusing for first time user).
- fix streaming indicator for powerlevel10k.
- speed: init app early (connection and auth checks), rather than waiting till user has filled in space url.
- remove use of deprecated oclif plugins/packages.
- save a list of recent rooms (only the streams from this host)
- bun js would be cool, fast start. but node-pty doesn't work with it.
