Add a possibility to override settings for multiple annotations for the same class.

Say, we have 1 class with 2 annotations.
And currently when we set Synnefo_threads to 45 or whatever, we override to for both of them.
What we can do instead is have a convention where we set Synnefo_1_threads to only override the value for the first annotation and not the second one.
