qisdk.softbankrobotics.com Support link not working

Sadly, web pages, documentation, help and support are as bad if not worse than they always were for Pepper-related development. It is really hard to figure out where to give feed back about problems, file issues/tickets, where to get up-to-date information etc.

On top of that, a huge number of links on the various documentation and information pages are dead or not working.

Most importantly, there is a link "Support" on all pages of https://qisdk.softbankrobotics.com which leads to https://account.aldebaran.com/support/ but when clicking that link an empty page appears.

I have numerous issues with the SDK, with the documentation and other aspects, but I am unable to figure out where to go or where to get help.

Seems the link https://account.aldebaran.com/support/ is now up, but e.g. the link on that page: https://www.ald.softbankrobotics.com/en/newsletter
gives a "not found" error. Not very reassuring with regard to the quality of software and documentation if even such very basic things do not work.
Issues in here about the API seem to get no attention from the company or developers at all either.
