Adding the ability to save filters for personal or global use

The idea of this feature request is to be able to save filters at will to be able to display them again when needed.

If possible there should be a setting allowing to share the filter to other users.

This feature bring the need to do some evolution on the database part of the application and adding surely a new endpoint to the current API.

I'm open to help implement this feature if you give me some guidelines. Endpoint name etcetera.
