In order to reduce the number of blackout configurations, it would be great to be able to set AND or OR when you are entering multiple tags on a blackout. Currently this defaults to AND.
Describe the solution you'd like
An additional configuration when entering tags on the blackout config with an AND or OR radio button. I don't see the need to get into nested configurations...a simple top level comparison would be fine. This could also be extended to the service but that might get too complicated.

The only alternative if you want to blackout multiple alerts with different tags is to create individual blackouts.
