Issue Description

文档中描述并发线程类中，流控效果为快速失败

新建规则，效果为Warm UP

再次编辑，将类型改为并发线程数

保存后，效果任然显示为Warm UP

Type: bug report

编辑模式下切换为线程数，流控效果应该更新为默认效果
