Add default icons (or something) to connect to Twitter, GitHub accunt, etc.

It would be cool to be able to have a default way that users could link there blogs to other sites where they live like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, GitHub, etc.

I mean having some kind of way to link from your blog to your GitHub, BitBucket, Google+, or Twitter accounts. This is kind of like how I currently do it at rickeyre.ca. The icons on the right side that link to my accounts. We should make it prettier then the way I have it set up though ;)
