Make tests travis-ci ready - bootstrap a new repo for tests #5
Description
Due to the nature of credentials etc, tests are not travis-ci ready:

I added a global user/email in the .travis.yml, but I think we need to probably bootstrap tests with this user. I think it uses the actual base repo, which isn't a good thing anyway because it could mess with our git codebase.
