能不能同事从同一个实例的多个库同步到另外一个实例的一个库里面，
目前测试过，不通运行多个进程，
出现slot槽冲突的问题
pg_recvlogical: End of copy streampg_recvlogical: unexpected termination of replication stream: ERROR: replication slot "rds_logical_sync_slot" was not created in this database
