Impl OpTransactionRequest::buildable_type which should cover OpTxType::Deposit variant, and delegate for remaining tx types to wrapped TransactionRequest type.

@emhane I think this makes sense.

There is a workaround in Foundry for that with WithOtherFields<TransactionRequest>, it would be cool to a have proper deposit tx handling here, like Tempo does with TempoTransactionRequest
