Cannot add query to belonging team's workspace -- is this intended?

When a team member tries to add a query to the team workspace, the message ERR_PERM_DENIED is displayed.
I was reading the source code to see if changing the plan would solve the problem and found the following code.

This appears to be the processing of the queries endpoint used when adding a query to a collection.

From what I can see, it appears that only the workspace owner can create a query in the team workspace, regardless of the plan they are subscribed to.

Is this code intended? Is the only way for a team member to create a query in the team workspace is to self-host this app?

I think that's the current way it is setup since the billing is accounted to the workspace owner (which is considered as the individual that owns the team, not the team itself). Sounds like this doesn't work for you?

So it means any team members except of the team's owner cannot add queries to team workspace?
This seems to happen regardless of whether any user has a paid plan or not.

Yes you're right. I've updated it now, although it is only going to be allowed for the paid plan for now (I will expand it out to the basic plan after a while)
