Describe the bug
Twice I accidentally hit my activation button (R-option) when I didn't mean to, then cancelled dictation via Esc. I then heard a telephone ringing sound (as if you're calling and hear the ringing, not as when your phone is ringing) continually playing. After many attempts to identify the app "ringing" I discovered it is Google Fi (https://messages.google.com) running in a Chrome app window. Exiting the app stops the sound.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Activate FluidVoice via trigger key
- Immediately deactivate via Escape key
- Ringing sound plays continually
Expected behavior
Ringing sound doesn't play
Environment:
- macOS Version: Tahoe 26.3
- App Version: 1.5.15
- Architecture: [Intel/Apple Silicon]
