Amber constant variable SH translation

Should constant variable translate to a function returning constant value or a regular sh variable?

const my_const_var = 42

Function returning constant

Pros	Cons
Ensured constant value even in SH	Worse readability (requires defining a function every time a const variable is created)
	Slower performance

my_const_var() {
  $my_const_var_result = 42
}

my_const_var
var=$my_const_var_result

Regular Bash variables

Pros	Cons
Nothing changes under the hood (simplicity)	Impact is visible only in Amber source code

my_const_var=42

In the poll options I made a typo. It should be "sh" not "bash" since in bash there is a readonly keyword

In my opinion right now we should use functions to achieve the language feature, when we have time we can implement a more robust solution in Amber itself.
