What do you need?

RCON Passthrough support

Why do you need that?

To be able to run SquadTS alongside SquadJS. It will take time for users of SquadJS to learn and check SquadTS and we have to turn off SquadJS for SquadTS to work with RCON especially if from the same machine.

Any suggestion on how it can be implemented?

In this commit has a passthrough feature but line 185 has a typo

RCON passthrough has been implemented, you will find the updated config/rcon.json5, example config:

    // The port to use for SquadJS proxy. Can be anything you want.
    port: 21115,
    // The password to use for SquadJS proxy. It can be different from the RCON password used by SquadTS.
    password: ''
  }
}

Set the password to anything you want, then set SquadJS RCON with the same password. Set address:port to localhost:21115 so that it matches the above config .

Start SquadTS first then SquadJS. SquadJS will re-use SquadTS RCON connection.
