[Suggestion] Add a "Copy to line" feature

Add a "copy to line"(copy and move?) feature that allows you to copy selected line(s) to a certain spot (example: copy lines 6 to 10 to: after line 30 with the timestamps of lines kept as they were). As currently you have to use duplicate line(s) and then drag them manually however far is needed.
And maybe even add a feature to paste the timestamp of the first line of the copied lines to match to the currently paused at timestamp in the tool(Example a line is said at 0:20 and then repeated at 1:30, I would be able to hover/be paused at the 1:30 timestamp, then select my line(s), select where I want them to be copied to, so choose something like "Paste after line: (enter line number here)" and then select "shift timestamps of copied lines(starting with first) to: (option1: don't shift) (option2: current paused timestamp)), from which all of the copied lines get pasted to AFTER line 30 and the start time of the first copied line is shifted to the currently hovered timestamp and all other lines are shifted accordingly.

Feature Request: Copy / Move Lines to Specific Line + Optional Timestamp Shift

Problem

Copying lines currently requires duplicating them and manually dragging them to the desired position, which is slow and inconvenient for distant line numbers.
There is also no way to automatically align copied lines to the current playback timestamp.

Feature 1: Copy (or Move) Lines to a Specific Line Number

Add a “Copy to Line…” and “Move to Line…” action that allows users to:

• Select one or more lines
• Enter a destination line number
• Paste the copied lines after that line
• Keep original timestamps by default

Example:

• Select lines 6–10
• Copy to: after line 30
• Lines 6–10 are duplicated after line 30 with unchanged timestamps

Feature 2: Optional Timestamp Shifting on Paste

When copying lines, allow users to choose timestamp behavior:

• Don’t shift timestamps (default)
• Shift timestamps so the first copied line starts at the current paused timestamp

When shifting:

• The first copied line’s start time is set to the current paused/hovered timestamp
• All following copied lines are shifted by the same offset, preserving relative timing

Example:

• Original line starts at 0:20
• Playback is paused at 1:30
• Pasted lines start at 1:30, with subsequent lines shifted accordingly

Suggested UI

• Select lines → Right-click / menu → Copy to Line…
• Dialog options:
  • Paste after line: [line number]
  • Timestamp behavior:
    • Don’t shift
    • Shift to current paused timestamp

• Eliminates manual dragging
• Faster workflow for large TTMLs
• Easy reuse of repeated dialogue with correct timing

Just hold Ctrl (or Command on MacOS) and drag to the place you want. Also, timestamp shifting is already an independent feature.

Of course dragging multiple lines through a long distance is frustrating. Maybe what we really need is copy & paste of lines and syllables.
