TermuxLauncher does not support work profile.

is there any work-around to bypass this?

Termux launcher support only launching the application only.
But there is a way that you can write your own script in "${EXTERNAL_STORAGE}/termuxlauncher/.apps-launcher"
Otherwise just wait until next update of termux launcher.
