Another amule build from Visual Studio

For some reason I wanted to use the latest version of amule build and just build as described in the docs from the Visual Studio:

Testing, no. But a remark: If you can build everything on Win, could you also test the cmake-build, at least this should work with plain source, without addition of something new.

Actually, I've moved to the prepared Visual Studio projects because there were problems with the pure cmake build. I don't quite remember what was that, but is definitely a build from the prepared projects was a simplier.

That's why I'm asking, I invested a little effort in upnp so it can be downloaded and used without user-interaction, so if you remember the problems, I would start with that next.
