在notion内使用替换文本功能插入表格时，原文本不会被删除

复现步骤如下：

在notion网页版选中某段文本，使用writely输出为表格；
点击替换按钮，原文没有被删除，新文本被输出在原文本的下一个block

*不清楚其他类型的文本会不会导致这种情况发生，可以等我有空都试一遍
