signal strength, noise level

@angelnu thank you for taking over this integration for us.

Looking at the code, I could not find anything specific regarding signal information. I think it would be helpful to have either an average or the info from the strongest signal. In my case I'm troubleshooting a device which often disappears for no reason and I can 't figure out if it is caused by signal level or some other software failure that I should address.
