Modal UI and button for inviting other admins

As an Admin,
I am able to invite other admins via a modal UI that pops-up by clicking on a button.

• Field to input email for the invited user
• Field to invite as: User or Admin

I have 2 doubts regarding the project:

1. Whenever I filled up the register form, I face an error.
   Unhandled Rejection (TypeError): Cannot read property 'data' of undefined
