Feature: Deploy the develop branch on heroku.

The final phase of any project is the successful deployment so that users can interact with it in production.
This website is currently under development but it will be beneficial for newcomers or any contributors to see the website in the production and know about this project detail.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Work on the develop branch.
2. Do the required changes to deploy the site on Heroku.
3. You can see gfg tutorial, heroku blog for reference.
4. The deployment must be integrated with GitHub.
   NOTE: You have to add urlBaseBackend of deployed backend. So this issue depends on the deployment of the backend first. So feel free to create env variables if required.

Additional context

Feel free to research more about this and add more features to make the deployment process easy.
