What are the differences between "WGET" and "OSF Reporsitories" in Download part.

I have downloaded verse19 train val test and verse20 test from 'OSF Reporsitories',  but I can't access verse20 train and val because of my network...

I am downloading verse20 train and val from 'WGET', but I found there is a description saying that they are not identical between  "WGET" and "OSF Reporsitories".

So what are the differences between these two sources.
