Flag similarity: India / Niger

Both flags mainly differ in the center symbol but are not listed here:

If i understand this guide correctly that makes it one major difference and the two oranges being similar (Delta E of 34.5) one minor, close to negligible, difference.

Thanks for bringing this up! Unless I've missed something important, I think you're right!

I believe that we have 1 Major difference (Ashoka Chakra vs. circle), 2 minor (flag proportions/width, shade of green (ΔE*=G47.3)), 1 negligible (shade of orange (9.1)). (The colour differences are for the versions of the flags from master; they will differ compared to the latest release.)
