French v5.3 deck still shows Malabo for Equatorial Guinea although source CSV is updated

In the French v5.3 release package, the Equatorial Guinea note still has "Malabo" as the capital.

However, the current source file src/data/capital.csv appears to contain the updated value.

Observed in the downloaded FR v5.3 deck:

• Country: Guinée équatoriale
• Capital field: Malabo
• Extra field mentions Ciudad de la Paz replacing Malabo

It looks like the FR release/export may not have been regenerated from the updated source data.

I believe that v5.3 was released before the update to the capital was merged. (In the v5.3 tag from which the v5.3 release was generated, the capital is still Malabo:
