Mariana Trench and Ring of Fire?

I was wondering if there is any interest in adding the Mariana Trench and the Ring of Fire. I wanted to do it by myself but I couldn't find the maps.

These are indeed interesting potential additions.

We currently try to add new geographical entities as part of larger categories (lakes, islands etc.) and selecting the items within these categories via objective(-ish) criteria (largest surface area, highest, longest etc.). (Otherwise we end up in the current situation where we have Sea of Galilee and the Balkan Peninsula, but not other arguably more important elements of their categories. We've "rationalised" some categories (e.g. dependent territories), but not all.)

If we ever get around to adding mountains/mountain ranges and ocean trenches, then the Mariana Trench would definitely make sense.

For the Ring of Fire I'm not sure under what category it could/should be added.
