Removed manual Rustler encoding/decoding implementations in favour of
SerdeTerms. (SerdeTerms automatically provide Rustler encoders/decoders when given Serde serialization/deserialization implementations.) This PR depends upon rusterlium/rustler#708 , which fixes decoding Elixir binary terms to RustVec<u8>s.
