Cannot install pyAEDT from Tools > Run Script inside AEDT #6270

Dear All, The customer wants me to help them install pyAEDT. I tried to follow the steps in Installation — PyAEDT to run the file in Tools > Run Script, but failed with the following error "There was an error when installing PyAEDT".
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the AEDT, but it still didn't work. Please kindly help to solve this problem. Thank you. Sincerely, |

Please provide more information, like the OS, or if PyAEDT was installed, it should be in Home (if Linux) or %appdata% in windows. Maybe the user does not have write permissions, in that case, you should install it manually. Also, maybe the user has firewall blockage, then you should try offline installation. |
