1.x版本的Sender组件footer的components支持自定义icon的title

需求动机

现有纯中文环境的开发要求，Sender组件的footer当中的LoadingButton等组件的语言都默认为英文，鼠标放在LoadingButton会展示英文提示

提议的 API 是什么样的？

能否满足中文的提示支持，最好能够支持自定义文本内容

目前 Sender 组件 footer 的 LoadingButton 图标（StopLoadingIcon）的 <title> 文本（即鼠标悬停时的提示）是通过国际化（locale）机制实现的，可以通过 XProvider/LocaleContext 覆盖默认英文，实现中文或自定义文本提示，无需修改源码。没有直接的 props 可以单独设置 icon 的 title 文本。

如何自定义为中文或其他内容：

1. 使用 XProvider 提供自定义 locale，覆盖 Sender 相关的 stopLoading 字段即可。例如：

2. 如果你需要完全自定义按钮（比如 title 逻辑更复杂），可以通过 Sender 的 footer 或 actions 渲染函数，替换掉默认的 LoadingButton，渲染你自己的按钮和图标。

注意：

• 目前没有直接的 props 可以只设置 icon 的 title，全部依赖 locale 机制。
• 如果你有特殊需求（如动态 title），建议自定义 footer/actions，或关注后续是否支持 iconTitle 之类的 API。
