Update "claude-plugins-official" marketplace name in readme

The readme includes an example command with an incorrect or out-of-date marketplace name.

Update the marketplace name so the example command works correctly.

This would fail:

claude plugin install claude-md-management@claude-plugin-directory

This (updated) is correct:

claude plugin install claude-md-management@claude-plugins-official
