Shortcut to save a article from extension

Description

Sacola aims to make the user as big brain as possible, and for big brains spend a few seconds to takeoff the hand of the keyboard is a waste of time. So, I propose a shortcut to save a article from the extension. So we gain the time of taking off the hand of the keyboard and the time of clicking on the extension icon.

Implementation proposal

I think the shortcut should be (Ctrl|cmd) + Shift + D as seen that (Ctrl|cmd) + D is already used to save a bookmark, I think it's a good idea to use the same shortcut but with the Shift key pressed, so we have a less cognitive stress to remember the shortcut.
