Feature request: Option for fallback to Tor/I2P/Yggdrasil mesh #257

Description

@PrinceGarth

Note: This is not a strict request to add all 3, maybe just 1.

These fallback options would be either in case AWL's community relays don't work for some reason, or in the case of Tor/I2P if the user needs to prioritize privacy and censorship resistance over latency

Tor would probably be the most standard. AWL would likely have to have its own Tor daemon packaged with it, and each peer would have to have its own onion address (shared over the dht?) through which peers can find each other over Tor

Yggdrasil would be the option that adds the least latency, and it would basically be like using an already preexisting set of community relays, if we use public yggdrasil peers.

I2P is just an extra suggestion, it's probably inferior to Tor or Yggdrasil. Basically Tor but with less users and more latency? Maybe more decentralized
