Type mismatch of macro prev_execution_date_success

Hi guys

I'm using airflow 1.10.11
And found a strange behavior of the prev_execution_date_success default variable.
By the doc prev_execution_date_success has type pendulum.Pendulum. But when I'm trying to get property int_timestamp of prev_execution_date_success like this:

"{{ prev_execution_date_success.int_timestamp*1000 if prev_execution_date_success else 1605690000000}}" I have

jinja2.exceptions.UndefinedError: 'datetime.datetime object' has no attribute 'int_timestamp'

Looks like prev_execution_date_success is datetime.datetime object.
Could you double-check and we can fix the doc in case of a bug

this attribute is derived from function get_previous_execution_date which just returns ti.execution_date which i think gives you datetime.datetime still

there are two solutions

1. in get_previous_execution_date wrap the return val with pendulum.instance
2. update the docs
