Plugins getting (re)loaded inside PythonVirtualEnvOperator ?

Greetings I've made a couple of plugins which make use of the on_load method, example:

class LoadConnectionsPlugin(AirflowPlugin):
    name = "load_connections"

    def on_load(self, *args, **kwargs):
        # ...

And I've noticed that inside PythonVirtualEnvOperators these plugins get reloaded every time a task is executed.

Is there a correct way to prevent this?
