使用apisix 2.15.0版本， 如何支持 proxy_next_upstream error timeout http_503 http_502 http_504 http_404 类似这样的nginx命令 ：
如果上游使用健康检查，只是在访问出现异常状态码是把这个上游在组中剔除掉
想要实现的是当上游返回状态码是 404 等状态码，访问下一个上游，
