We didn't release Apache.Arrow.Flight.Sql for 19.0.0:

Do we need to make a 19.0.0 release, or just set up CI to release this in future versions?

Oh, I missed #38694. I close this as duplicate.

It seems that we want to release Apache.Arrow.Flight.Sql.

We can't release Apache.Arrow.Flight.Sql because we didn't upload the binary for it in the 19.0.0 release process.
We can release it in future versions.
